I'm still having trouble. When I put the username 'all@musiciancorps.org' it sends a restriction access message to brittany@musiciancorps.org. When I tried jamie.topper@musiciancorps.org and ;musicisjamie, it failed.
Have you pasted the link into your internet browser? Whenever you try to sign in from a new browser, salesforce needs permission to be accessed via that browser. The only message I'm gettin each time someone tries to activate is this:
Dear MusicianCorps '09 Fellows,
You have requested to activate a computer for access to salesforce.com. Use the link below within 24 hours to activate this computer:
IMPORTANT: If you have not requested to activate a computer, or believe you have received this message in error, please contact salesforce.com support (support@salesforce.com) immediately.
Copy and paste this link to the browser from which you would like to access salesforce.com
What does "activation" mean? Should I activate this computer?
Activation helps reduce the risk of security issues related to login. Activating this computer helps salesforce.com recognize this computer when you use it to access salesforce.com. You should activate this computer if it is owned by you or your employer and you are confident it is free of malware.
ADDITIONALLY,
your MusicianCorps email and password will not work for salesforce; you must use the group name (all@musiciancorps.org) and password from that email I sent (which I will not include here for the public to see).
Please let me know if you're still havin issues. THANKS!
